I don't know about you but we suddenly have a lot of Montessori language and math work in our house. Since we are crisis schooling with the kids, their schools have sent paper materials home and some I have printed or ordered for the kids. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with how to organize it all.
DIY Folders for Montessori Work at Home
Suddenly it dawned on me - I need some little folders! In Montessori classrooms cloth folders are often used to organize this type of work, but since I can't sew well, enter paper folders. This is just a super easy idea for families - so simple that even kids can make them.

If you're looking for a way to organize your papers, language work, whatever, here's what you'll need:
To make them:
- Fold paper about 1/3 of the way horizontally on the paper
- Tape each side (could also use a stapler)
- Fold paper in half
- Organize materials
And, that's it! Super simple. Super effective! If you need different sizes, use the same technique with different sized papers to fit your needs.
Do you have any super simple hacks for organizing your Montessori materials?
