Winter Themed Toddler Sensory Bin

After the total success of our fall themed sensory bin, I knew I had to do a winter themed sensory bin too. Henry just has so much fun with these bins. It turned out a little more Christmasy than wintery, but I think it works! If you're thinking about creating a winter sensory bin, make sure to check out my tips for sensory play post! Here's what's in our bin:

Cotton Balls: These are the main component of the bin. Snow, anyone?
Snowman Ribbon: I cut these into varying lengths of snowmen between 1-5, so we can count them snowmen together.
Pom-Poms: Just regular pom-poms in Christmas-ish colors
Mini Bows: Cute and perfect for little hands
Spikey Balls: Little plastic bouncy-type balls I got at the dollar section of Walmart. They add a little harder texture that the bin needed.
Erasers: Also a the dollar section find, these are bigger than our usual erasers so I like them a lot. Again they add a harder texture and some good color.
Snowflake Confetti: These were just pretty!
Jingle Bells: I figured since everything else in the bin was quiet that we needed something to stimulate the sense of sound
I'm going to introduce it this coming week at tot school. Hopefully, Henry likes it! Anyone else create a bin for winter/Christmas? Link up your post in the comments, I would love to check it out!

I don't have a sensory bin of my own to share, but I would love for you to share this at my Season's Best {Christmas} Link-Up. Many of the posts are geared towards toddlers, and this is fantastic. I will have to do this with my boys in the coming weeks. Thanks for sharing!
