One day, my friend Jayne at The Naptown Organizer had the {un}happy experience of facetiming with me while I was preparing for tot school. She got to see me running around pulling things from bins, and corners and baskets. And while we were chatting she made a comment about how she would love to see everything I have and my new series Confessions of a Tot School Mom was born.
I have some crazy, random stuff. Of course, I think its all awesome, but you can judge for yourself. I'm in the process of pulling together our new Montessori tot school classroom. As I do this, I've been organizing bins and storage, because it has gotten a little out of control. These posts will serve as an inventory for me, and a useful guide for anyone looking to start or expand their tot school. While some of this I shared in my Montessori tot school essentials post, this is much more in depth.
So without further ado -- today's bin:
Admittedly, Henry isn't very fond of art projects so we don't do a ton of projects. Therefore, our supplies are probably not as extensive as other people's.
We pretty much just have the basics. Crayons, washable markers, dry-erase markers, stamps, sponges, paint brushes, and scissors.
We do have an extensive kid's paint collection which I keep in a separate basket. In this basket includes washable Crayola paint (the little bottles), tempra paint {the big bottles}, Crayola finger paint, and dot painters.
Chalk, and our new favorite -- pastels.
And, I think that's about it!
